  This place is a customer service joke. My son, 12, has been looking forward to his orthodontic appointment for several weeks. He's been looking forward to getting a beautiful smile like most kids look forward to Christmas. The big day finally gets here, and when my wife goes to pick him up from school, the student helpers in the office can't find the right classroom. It takes them about 20 minutes to find my son, but they do, finally, and my wife and son start off on their trek to a great smile. About five minutes out, Dr. Abdoney's office calls my wife to tell her that they've cancelled the appointment because he was eight minutes late. My wife explained the problem with the school but it didn't matter. Eight minutes is apparently way too late for an orthodontic appointment. I'm sorry Dr. Abdoney, but you're working for me. I don't work for you. It's in your best interest as a service provider to be flexible and accommodating for your patients, within reason, of course. So now, because of the a slow exit from school, and an eight minute delay, my son has to wait until we find a better, more customer service oriented orthodontist to get his new smile.
