  I like Dr. Noorani very much and have been going to her for 1.5 years, she listens, discusses the pro's and con's of certain medications and honors decisions you make for your own body. I was ushered to a room within 5-10 minutes promptly had my vitals done, ushered to another room and visited the Doctor within 5 minutes. Blood draw was required and it was drawn on the spot. The office is quick to refill a prescription or tide you over until you get back in for a check up.

  Staff never checked my insurance and never called me, though they emailed me to confirm my appointment. I arrived and was told they had called me "numerous times" about it (I have had zero missed calls) but that they would check it quickly. I waited 45 minutes during which time they didn't acknowledge me or my long wait at all. While I waited, I watched them tell 2 other people they had called them when they clearly had not. This was my third visit and I've never waited less than 45 minutes, I gave up and said I had to go, the staff was rude to me.

  Dr. Noorani has been one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is kind, empathetic and always listens to all my medical concerns. The staff is great and I had the easiest blood draw of my life there.
