  I wish I could give zero stars. Couple of things. The front office female that calls and answers the phone is the worst. Piss poor attitude, terrible customer service skills. The billing manager - the one that explains the costs and charges - straight, bald face liar. The Dentist - nice personality, poorly skilled. Dont fall for the we make an appointment, you miss or are late and they want to charge $35 for missed appointment. The front office girl will swear she called and reminded you, but she is lying. Ask if she left a message and she will claim to have. I bring up my bill online no call from the dentist office at all. No apology, nothing.. Just crap attitude. Billing manager will tell you your co-pay costs for a procedure, then later you will find out they "assumed" your insurance would cover x amount, turns out they will cover something less. This office will tell you its your insurance fault. Call the insurance company, turns out the dentist never even called. and because they were not called first, now they wont cover any part of the work. Call the Dentist back, they will just lie and claim they did call. Either way, YOU (the patient) have to cover because you signed the treatment form. The amount listed on the treatment form from the insurance was "estimated", but you're on the hook either way. Finally the Dentist. Decent personality, but I had a crown and root canal done. The crown popped off less than a year later. I called to have it re-mounted within one week, they said I would have to pay for a new crown because it had been out too long. I asked how long was too long, they said even a couple of days is too long. - That is just a lie. Then I asked well what the fact the crown should last 5-10 years without popping off in the first place. No, I was told that sometimes crowns dont last that long. Either way, she wouldn't re-mount the crown without additional charges. I went to another dentist. Please, I implore you; listen to me and the rest of the reviews on here. - AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS!
